The Catalytic Leadership Track equips DTS-graduates and YWAM staff for life in ministry and mission through character development, foundations for leadership, biblical worldview as well as hands on experience within an apostolic community. The Track aims to champion emerging leaders in their gifting and call in order to prepare them for life-long missional impact and leadership both in YWAM and the spheres.

what to expect
During the Leadership Track you will be part of of the YWAM Berlin staff team. You will join ministry teams and real-life projects. Next to hands on experience you will receive input on foundations for apostolic leadership and mission, the character of a leader, as well as practices for long-term mission effectiveness. Throughout the course you will develop a personal vision project that will allow you to step into your future with a clear vision and goals.
